Danica Halverson is a seasoned mortgage advisor with over 26 years of experience in the lending industry. Having lived in Northern California her entire life, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her local clients, guiding them through the many complexities of securing a mortgage.
As a trusted partner, Danica has helped hundreds of clients navigate home purchasing over the course of her career. She is a passionate advocate - working tirelessly to help her clients achieve their financial goals, while providing a stress-free and positive experience throughout initial engagement to final closing.
As a mother, daughter, sister, and loyal friend to many, Danica brings her unique compassion and empathy to all her client interactions. When she is not busy helping families secure their dream homes, Danica enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.

Kristen is a fifth generation Sacramentan and descendant of frontiersman Kit Carson. She has spent her entire life in the greater Sacramento area but has a passion for travel! Kristen has raised two daughters, both successful college graduates with thriving careers and now a proud grandmother of three. You’ll find her weekends filled with boating, paddle boarding, hiking, adventuring with her two doodles, listening to live music, and creating succulent artwork. She has a passion for volunteering and supporting her community through church, youth sports and feeding the underprivileged.
